1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

• Details you give us: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, and your dog's details if you share them.
• Order information: what you bought, order value, and delivery status. Card details are handled by our payment providers, so we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Your preferences: marketing choices and any support messages you send us.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To fulfil your order: processing payment, dispatching, handling returns. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• To provide support: answering questions and resolving issues. Lawful basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• To send marketing: only where you have opted in, or where you have bought from us and we are offering similar products. You can opt out at any time. Lawful basis: consent or legitimate interests.
• To improve the site: analytics and site performance. Lawful basis: consent (for non-essential cookies) or legitimate interests.
• To meet legal duties: accounting, tax and consumer law records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted providers. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will tell you and the regulator about a serious breach where the law requires it.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
