1. Who we are

This website is operated by Rareburg Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 10 Station Road, London, E12 5BT, United Kingdom. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they refer to Rareburg Limited trading as PUROPAW®. You can reach us at hello@rareburg.com.

2. These terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version published when you order is the version that applies to that order. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order.

3. Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and completing checkout is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. At that point a contract is formed between you and us. If we cannot accept your order (for example, the item is out of stock, we identify a pricing error, or we cannot take payment) we will tell you and will not charge you.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment at the point of order. We make every effort to keep prices accurate, but if we spot an obvious error we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel.

5. Subscriptions and repeat orders

If you choose a repeating delivery, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the frequency shown at checkout until you cancel. You can pause, change the frequency of, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hello@rareburg.com. Changes take effect on the next order that has not yet been processed, so please allow at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

6. Our products

PUROPAW® products are complementary pet food supplements for adult dogs. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Always follow the feeding guidance on the pack. If your dog is pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or is under veterinary care, speak to your vet before introducing a new supplement.

Product images and packaging are for illustration. We may improve or reformulate recipes; the ingredient information on the pack you receive is the accurate one.

7. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Separately, we offer a 120-day money-back guarantee, which is more generous than your statutory rights and does not replace them. See our Returns Policy for how both work.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption or supply shortages. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend the delivery timeline or, if you prefer, cancel and refund.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Nothing in these terms or on this website grants you any licence to use them. Other product and company names mentioned on this site may be trade marks of their respective owners.
